Yin Yoga

Hatha Yoga – Classical

A balancing and peaceful practice that connects the body and mind through holding asana and harmonizing the breath. Suitable for beginners.

Ashtanga Yoga

A dynamic practice for strength, flexibility and endurance that integrates the eight aspects of yoga for a holistic balance between body and mind.

Pilates

Pilates consists of exercises performed primarily on the floor, using a mat. These exercises focus on engaging the abdominal muscles to promote a stable body position and balance in daily activities. This method enhances lung capacity and improves circulation. It is also recommended for people experiencing lower back pain.

Jivamukti Yoga

In 1984 Sharon Gannon and David Leif created the Jivamukti yoga method, which is based on Ashtanga and Iyengar. Each class includes standing, inverted, backward and forward bending poses.

Yoga for children – from 10 to 14 years

Practice for children from 10 to 14 years. Develops physical resilience, emotional balance and builds self-discipline and confidence.

Prenatal Yoga

A gentle practice for expectant mothers that improves flexibility, relieves tension and creates calm and preparation for birth.
