A healing and relaxing practice since antiquity, which takes place in a sitting or lying position, with eyes closed. Also called Sound Bath, it envelops us completely in an experience that is optimally comfortable – with a pillow, blanket and eye mask, if desired. And just as sound represents vibrations such as the selected sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls and more, so do our emotions. In this practice, we can also observe moments of inner emotional reactions to the outward sounds presented and consider them.
