My encounter with Yoga happened about 10 years ago. By great fortune, I found the right teacher! She “translated” for me what sounded like a mystical philosophy at the time and gently guided me onto a path that calms the mind and fills the heart.

In a very subtle way, Yoga has turned many of my understandings and beliefs inside out. Since then, this so perfect, logical and ancient teaching has constantly provoked my curiosity and desire to deepen my knowledge. This has quite naturally led to my participation in a number of seminars on Yoga and to the completion of a teacher training course (CYT-200 Yoga Alliance). And here I am – continuing to learn and rediscovering with amazement every day how accessible, yet powerful tools Yoga gives us and how even just one of its many techniques manages to work on multiple levels simultaneously – to strengthen the body, balance and connect us to ourselves and therefore to everything around us.

That’s why the core focus of the practices I lead is developing awareness and connection with the body, mind, and heart through movement. I place great emphasis on respecting the body’s boundaries and counterbalancing the highly stressful and sedentary lifestyle that many of us experience.

My intention is to create the conditions for everyone to enter their asana in a healthy, mindful, and constructive way—and to soothe the mind. The practice is moderately dynamic and allows each participant to decide how challenging they want it to be.

Looking back, I feel deep gratitude for how much Yoga and my teachers have helped me to be healthier and more balanced today. I can confidently say that every minute dedicated to Yoga is an investment in a much better and more meaningful life.

P.S. – With all due respect to grammar rules, I simply cannot write the word Yoga with a lowercase letter.
