For me

My name is Vasilena Markova. Until recently, I worked as a banking payments specialist, and I am currently an office manager. I’m a certified Ashtanga and Hatha yoga instructor, beginning my certification journey in February 2024 with Tihomira Somleva—an incredible teacher and inspiring person.

My journey into the world of yoga began long before this. The first yoga class I attended was in America, taught by Francesca. Her classes captivated me so deeply that I never missed a single session—even though at that time, my English wasn’t very good, and I understood little of what was being said. This dedication and love for yoga helped me overcome the language barrier. Although I didn’t fully understand what meditation was at the time, I was so inspired that sometimes I didn’t want to “wake up” from the peace I experienced.
Here in Bulgaria, I have also had the pleasure of learning from wonderful teachers, but Francesca was the one who truly inspired me and left a lasting impact, guiding me onto the yoga path. Because I listened to my inner voice and began my yoga teacher training, today I have the privilege of being by your side on your own yoga journey.

Yoga taught me mindfulness, how to follow my intuition, and how to listen deeply to my soul. It showed me how to feel gratitude, even amidst life’s difficulties. This awareness helped me understand that it was time for a major change in my life.
Now, as a yoga instructor, I’m here to support you through your own transformation. Come and feel the change for yourself. I’d be delighted to accompany you on your path toward a stronger connection with your body and soul. Trust the process and believe in yourself—you absolutely deserve it!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

It is a breath-initiated practice connecting every action in our lives with the intention of moving toward what is sacred or most important to us.

The practice is characterized by continuous movement (flow), smoothly transitioning from one posture to the next. Blood circulation increases, the heart rate accelerates, helping to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins and replenish it with fresh, new energy.

At the core of Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a deep emphasis on breath awareness, with practitioners synchronizing each movement to their breath. Conscious breathing not only encourages a meditative state but also serves as the unifying thread throughout the entire session.

Unlike other yoga styles, Vinyasa Flow is highly dynamic, energetic, challenging, and at times even sweat-inducing. Thus, it’s particularly suitable for active individuals seeking both physical intensity and the opportunity for relaxation and stress relief. Personalized instructor attention and a positive, uplifting atmosphere are always guaranteed.
