Benefits of Centergy

Usually adults don’t like to be “new” at anything and have high expectations for their first performance. It’s important to understand that Group Centergy is a journey, not a destination. The initial goal should be to begin the journey to improved physical and emotional well-being.

During the class you will feel more aware of your body than ever before due to the novelty of the experience and the nature of the workout. Some of the movements and poses may feel quite different from your everyday movements and even uncomfortable as a result. The class may also seem to move a little faster than you would like because the terminology is a little unfamiliar.

Who is it suitable for?

Centergy is for those looking for an active, intense practice with a focus on movement and strength. The practice is ideal for people with dynamic lifestyles who want to keep physically fit while having fun.

With each class you will feel more comfortable and feel more successful.

Above all, don’t forget to have fun when you start your Group Centergy journey!
