What is Centergy?
Group Centergy has a consistent format that will allow you to get comfortable with the movements and see your health and well-being improve. The workout consists of 10 songs accompanied by emotional music that have specific workout goals.
- Focus - Athletic, functional movements for a full body warm-up.
- Salutations - Traditional yoga poses are repeated, building strength and stamina.
- Challenge - Standing yoga poses with a focus on the lower body. This is a full body track that will rock you.
- Balance - Energy is withdrawn, allowing you to focus inward and concentrate on balance, but still work and burn calories.
- Core BACK - A core workout for the often neglected back area will create muscle balance and improve posture.
- Core FRONT - Uses inspiration from one of today's most popular trends, Pilates, to strengthen the abs and stabilize the pelvis.
- Hips - The exercises promote both stability and mobility through the hips, which means a healthy and pain-free back and spine.
- Spirals - Includes rotational movements to improve mobility, flexibility, and spinal stability, all necessary props to feel and stay young!
- Folds - Stretching the lower back and hamstrings is the antidote for a physically and mentally stressed body.
- Recovery - Also called a mini-vacation, you'll be ready to take on all the physical and mental challenges by the end of this track as you recover from your workout.
