For me

Yoga came into my life more than 15 years ago, marking the moment of my first conscious realization that if we can manage to quiet the constant rush of thoughts in our minds, we can catch a glimpse—just for a moment—of inner peace and harmony.

In my search for authentic, in-depth, and source-rooted knowledge that would open a window not only to the physical aspect of yoga but also to its philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and the union between them, I began a training in 2021 with Siddhi Yoga International—an accredited Yoga Alliance school based in the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India.

At the beginning of 2022, I completed their 200-hour RYT training, and by the end of 2023, I successfully finished the next level—300 hours. I am currently a certified RYT 500 multi-style yoga teacher. My focus is on the traditional styles of Hatha and Vinyasa, and I teach Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa Flow.

Yoga is my passion, my strength, my comfort, and my energy. Yoga is not just a physical practice—it is a way of life and a way of thinking. And yet, through the physical body and its tangible mechanisms, we can tune into the more subtle and invisible internal systems.

I believe that each of us needs an inner center—something stable, resilient, and ever-present—and I’m convinced that the practice of yoga is one of the most powerful ways to achieve this inner harmony through the unification of body, soul, and consciousness. The practices I lead are deeply focused and built upon the synchronization of breath and movement. Only through this union can every organ, structure, and cell in the physical body receive the vital oxygen they need. Only then can the constant activity and anxiety of the mind begin to soften and come under control.

As every person has a unique anatomy, movement background, life experience, and trauma (both emotional and physical), as well as different goals and challenges, I strive to communicate that yoga truly is for everyone—regardless of physical condition or the limitations our bodies and minds sometimes impose. Yoga is a practice that honors each individual’s limits and can be adapted and modified to achieve the same powerful effect through small adjustments to the pose, variations, or the use of supportive props.

Professionally, I’m an economist. I studied finance and spent many years working as an internal auditor in the corporate sector. In my free time, I love to travel, as I feel that every journey broadens my perspective and expands my worldview. I adore the encounter with new places, cultures, environments, customs, climates, nature, and ethnicities—it all feeds my curiosity and connection to the world.
