My yoga journey began as a personal practice 8 years ago, helping me cultivate mindfulness and health, becoming a huge source of inner peace for me. In the beginning I tried different styles, studios and teachers, looking for exactly “my thing”. After discovering Vinyasa Flow, I kept my focus there for a while. Inspired by the positive effect yoga has had on my life, I decided to further my knowledge by becoming certified as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher; I am a graduate of the Bulgarian Ashtanga Yoga Academy. Going into the practice in earnest, I began to understand and feel the logic in the series, which really ignited me and made me give myself fully, beginning the difficult journey to myself.

I have a deep love for astrology, psychology, art and design; yet the most meaningful thing to me has always been the opportunity to help others. Through yoga I strive to fulfill my deepest dream.

I am currently teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa mainly as I think the two practices can complement each other and interact wonderfully.

In this class, I merge the different styles, creating a practice that has the sense of structure of Ashtanga mixed with the gentleness of Hatha Yoga, but also a practice that challenges with the dynamism and freedom of Vinyasa Flow.

The style of the classes is formed on the basis of a deep understanding of the relationship between mind and body and the principles of traditional yoga. Classes focus on correct posture, calming the mind and the relationship between breath and movement dynamics. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or just starting out, there is something for everyone in this practice.
