The colorful and long-awaited spring is here! A time for rebirth and new beginnings. It invites us to emerge from the soil and give way to everything we have contemplated and nurtured deep within ourselves during the restorative winter season. From this fertile ground, we blossom upward, unfold outward, and grow forward toward our potential.
As we transition from the stillness of winter to the activity of spring, we begin our journey from the yin to the yang part of the year. As the energy becomes more dynamic, we awaken and activate alongside nature. We seek ways to express our creative potential and often aim for new beginnings during this period.
Join Boryana for an exploration of the spring season, the liver, and the wood element through a short discussion and a 90-minute yoga practice using chairs, blankets, straps, and lots and lots of blocks!
